1. Browser-side processing

Many ToolCraft Hub tools are designed to process calculations, text, images and supported PDF files inside your browser. For those tools, the selected file or input is not intentionally uploaded to a ToolCraft Hub processing server. Some features depend on third-party JavaScript libraries loaded by your browser; those libraries do not automatically receive your local file unless the tool explicitly makes a network request.

2. Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps and security logs. These logs are used for delivery, security, abuse prevention and reliability.

3. Contact form

When you use our contact form, the information you submit (such as name, email address, subject and message) is sent through FormSubmit to the email destination configured by the site operator. Do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the contact form.

4. Cookies and advertising

ToolCraft Hub may introduce Google AdSense or other advertising services in the future. When advertising is enabled, third-party providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure or personalise advertising in accordance with their policies and the user's available settings. This policy will be updated when such services are actually enabled.

5. Analytics

ToolCraft Hub does not currently require account registration. If analytics or other measurement services are added, this policy will be updated to describe the service and the categories of data involved.

6. Security and limitations

Browser-side processing reduces unnecessary file uploads, but no website can guarantee absolute security in a compromised device, browser, extension or operating system. Keep your software updated and review important documents before sharing them.
